I Received My Kit Through My Practitioner
Step 1: Accept the Invitation From Your Provider
Once your kit is delivered, you should receive an email prompting you to set up your kit.
If you received your kit directly from your practitioner in their office, your practitioner will manually send you an invitation. If you have not received the invitation, please contact [email protected].
Step 2: Create or Login to Your Jona Account
Follow the link in your email to sign up for your Jona account and complete your kit set up.
Step 3: Complete your intake
If you followed the link in your email, your kit will already be activated for you. You'll be taken straight to your intake form which consists of 3 pages of brief questions (this should take you 5-7 minutes to complete). This helps us to craft an even more personalized report for you.

**Note: if you are completing the form before acquiring your sample, you can enter the date you are completing the intake under “when did you acquire your sample.” This can be updated at any time.
Page 3 (last page): Nutrition & Lifestyle
Once you have answered all questions, click on “Complete Intake” at the end of the page. You should see a modal confirming you completed your intake.
Your kit will be populated in your kits table. Once your results are ready, your provider will review them and release them you.
I Purchased My Kit On My Own
Step 1: Create or Login to Your Jona Account
Visit my.jona.health and create your Jona account. If you already have an account, login here.
Step 2: Activate Your Kit
After logging in and completing your profile, click on "Activate Kit"
This will bring you to the "Your Kits" page.
Once you receive your Jona kit in the mail, you will see your unique Kit ID on the box, as well as on a small business card in the kit. Please enter the kit ID under “Activate New Kit” and select “Activate Kit.”
You'll be asked if your kit ID starts with JN. Your answer should be no. If your kit does start with JN, please see the "I Received My Kit Through My Practitioner" section.
You should then see the confirmation text “Kit Activated!” and be prompted to begin your intake form.
Step 3: Complete your intake
Click on the button “Begin Intake.”
This will open your intake form which consists of 3 pages of brief questions (this should take you 5-7 minutes to complete). This helps us to craft an even more personalized report for you.
