You can see this in the My Kits page under “kit status”
“Awaiting Sample” means that the kit has been activated but the sample has not yet been received at the lab.
“Sample Received” means that the lab has received the sample and is processing it for sequencing. This can take up to 3 weeks. You will receive an email notification when your sample is received at our lab.
“Report ready” means that the report is available. You will receive an email notification that your results have been delivered. You may see this status although opening the report is disabled. In this case, please make sure that you have completed the intake or that your provider has released the report.
