Trouble Logging In?
If you are having trouble logging in, and aren't receiving an email after requesting a password reset, it might be because you initially created your account using the "Continue with Google" option located below the normal login.

Understanding Your Account Setup
If you initially signed up with the "Continue with Google" option, your account is linked directly to your Google account, and you won't have a separate username and password for our service. This account setup utilizes Single-Sign-On.
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single Sign-On, or SSO, is like having one key that opens many different doors. Imagine you have one key to unlock your house, car, and office. SSO works similarly, but for websites and apps. For example, when you use Google's version of SSO, you log in once with your Google account, and then you can access other websites and apps that support this feature without having to log in again each time. This method is very handy because it saves you from remembering multiple passwords, and it makes logging into different sites quicker and easier. Plus, it's safer because you don't have to keep entering your password on different sites.
How to login with Google
To log in with Google, simply click the "Continue with Google" indicated in red in the image below. You'll be redirected to a Google login screen where you can enter your Google email address and password. If you're already logged into Google on your device, it might even skip this step and directly ask for your permission to access your Google account details. Once you grant permission, you'll be automatically logged into the website or app without needing to set up a new account or enter additional details. This makes the login process quicker and keeps your account secure.
