What this means: By accepting an invitation from your provider, you will be giving them access to view your kits, reports, and intake responses. They also have the ability to edit your intake form if necessary.
Step 1: Find the invitation email sent by your Provider via Jona titled “You’ve been invited to Jona”
Step 2: Log in to your Jona account. After setting up your account (if you haven't done so already), you should see a pop-up prompting you to accept an invite from your provider. Select "Accept Invitation."
Don't see the pop-up?
If you don't see the pop-up, go to the “My Providers” page. You can access this page by scrolling over your profile icon in the top right hand side of the screen.
Once you open the page, you should see your provider’s invitation at the top of the page under “Provider Invites.”
You can accept the invitation by clicking “Accept.” You will then see the provider listed under the section “Your Providers”
