Dropshipping Kits

Virtual meetings with clients? Need to dropship kits to clients? See below for some suggested steps.

Step 1: Select "Start an Order" from the Clients Page or Orders Page in the Practitioner Portal.

Step 2: Select "Order kit for a client"

Step 3: Select the client & payment method

  • From the dropdown, you can select an existing client or select "Add new client" if they have not yet been added to your portal.

  • After selecting the client, answer the yes or no question.

    • Select Yes if you are placing the order on their behalf. In this case, you will be required to enter the client shipping and your payment information. Order update emails to clients will not include price.

    • Select No if your client is making the payment themselves. In this case, you will just need to enter the client's email address. Order update emails to clients will include price.

If you are paying for the kit

Step 4: Enter the client's email and shipping information.

  • Contact emails are used to send order updates (e.g. placed, shipped, delivered).

  • You can save the email and shipping information for future orders.

Step 5: Complete checkout

  • After you click checkout, a new tab will open where you can enter your payment information and complete payment. This step must be completed to place the order.

  • Once the order has been fulfilled, the kit ID will be automatically activated for your client in your portal.

  • Once the order has been delivered, Jona will automatically send your client an email to setup an account or log in, complete their intake form, and join your client list.

If the client is paying for the kit

Step 4: Enter client email

  • Contact emails are used to send order updates (e.g. placed, shipped, delivered).

  • You can save the client email for future orders.

Step 5: Send to client

  • After you click Send to Client, Jona will notify the client via email.

    • The client will receive a link to complete their order. Once the order has been fulfilled, the kit ID will be automatically activated for your client in your portal.

    • Once the order has been delivered, Jona will automatically send your client an email to setup an account, complete their intake form, and join your client list.
