Step 1: Select "Start an Order" from the Clients Page or Orders Page in the Practitioner Portal.
Step 2: Select "Order kits to practice"
Step 3: Enter your contact information and practice address
Contact emails are used to send order updates (e.g. placed, shipped, delivered).
Your practice address will be pre-populated if it has been set at your provider group level.
Step 4: Complete checkout
After you click checkout, a new tab will open where you can enter your payment information and complete payment. This step must be completed to place the order.
