How to Invite a Client

Follow the steps below to invite a client to join your provider group, view their results, and/or activate their kit and intake

Add New Client

Step 1: Click "Add New Client" at the top of the Clients Table.

Step 2: Enter the client's first and last name. Internal ID is optional.

Step 3: Once confirmed, click close and continue to the next section.

Send Invite

Step 1: Click the three dots in the client row and select “Send Invite”

Step 2: Enter the client’s email and Click “Send Invite.”

Step 3: In the client list, there should be a grey dot next to their name indicating that the invitation is pending.

Your client will receive an email and be prompted to accept your invitation after logging in or creating an account.

Resend invite

Click the three dots in the client row and select “Resend Invite.”
