You can see these in the Active clients table under “kit status”
“Awaiting Sample” means that the kit has been activated but the sample has not yet been received at the lab.
“Sample Received” means that the lab has received the sample and is processing it for sequencing. This can take up to 3 weeks.
“Report ready” means that the report is available. You may see this status although opening the report is disabled. In this case, please make sure that you have completed the intake or that your provider has released the report.
“Report Released” means that the provider has released the report to their client for review.
