Sort by Order#, name and date
Order Status
Created
This means the order has been created but not yet confirmed to be checked out (payment method entered and purchased).
If you did not complete checkout, you can continue checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button which should appear 5 minutes after the order is created.
Pending Client
This means the order is pending client action.
Submitted
This means the order has been paid for and placed.
Shipped
This means the order has been shipped out to the "Ship to" address
Delivered
This means the order has been delivered to the "Ship to" address
Canceled
This means the order has been canceled for some reason. If this is not expected for an order, please reach out to [email protected].

Checkout
This button will appear if you may need to complete checkout for an order (enter payment method and purchase).
Resend Order
If your client has not yet placed the order, this option will be available so you can send a reminder.
View Details
If your order has been submitted, you can view the order details (including quantity, shipping information, kits, etc.)
