What is the workflow for patients?

If you are paying for the kit

If you have selected the option to pay for the kit and completed payment, your client will your client will receive order confirmation, shipped, and delivered emails. These emails will not contain the kit price.

If the client was not already part of your provider group at the time of the order, Jona will also send them an email directing them to join your provider group. This ensures that you can view their profile and report when it is available. The user will need to login / create a Jona account and accept the invitation.

If the client is paying for the kit

If you have selected the option for the client to pay for the kit, your client will receive order confirmation, shipped, and delivered emails that do contain the kit price. You will also receive update emails as well with links to view the order details after the client completes the order, and the order is shipped and delivered.

If the client was not already part of your provider group at the time of the order, Jona will first send them an email directing them to join your provider group. This ensures that you can view their profile and report when it is available. The user will need to login / create a Jona account and accept the invitation. Only after they accept the invite will they receive another email to complete payment for the order.
