What is the workflow for patients?

If you are paying for the kit

If you have selected the option to pay for the kit and completed payment, your client will your client will receive order confirmation, shipped, and delivered emails. These emails will not contain the kit price.

By clicking "Set Up Kit", the client will be directed to either log in to or set up an account and complete their intake form, at which point they will be connected to your client list. To ensure you get access the the results, your client will receive automated reminders to complete the form.

If the client is paying for the kit

If you have selected the option for the client to pay for the kit, your client will receive an email prompting them to complete their order.

Once they do so, your client will receive order confirmation, shipped, and delivered emails that do contain the kit price. You will also receive update emails as well with links to view the order details after the client completes the order, and the order is shipped and delivered.

Once the client's order is delivered, they will receive an email prompting them to sign up for or login to their Jona account and complete their intake form, at which point they will be connected to your client list. To ensure you get access the the results, your client will receive automated reminders to complete the form.
